Row of windows - Lesser Town Prague

A row of windows on the roof Valdštejnský palác (Wallenstein Palace), in Menší Město pražské (Lesser Town Prague). This photograph was taken from the grounds of Prague Castle.

The palace was built from 1623-1630, by Albrecht von Wallenstein, a general in the Imperial military. The palace stayed in the Wallenstein family until 1945, when it was taken over by the government. Today, the palace is home to the Senát Parlamentu České republiky (Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic).
