Rock Region Metro streetcar 411 has just made a turn onto 3rd Street, from River Market Avenue, and is heading toward the World Avenue and #3rd Street stop/station. The station serves the William J. The streetcar will shortly begin its trek across the Main Street Bridge over the Arkansas River, before arriving in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
