The New Broadway Bridge Under Construction On The Arkansas River

October 10, 2016. Little Rock, Arkansas.

While out for a walk during our visit to Little Rock a few years ago, we saw these new bridge spans for the Broadway Bridge being constructed on barges floating in the Arkansas River. The barges are on the North Little Rock side of the river. If you look at the far left of the photograph you can see the old Broadway Bridge supports being demolished.
