UP 6502 - UP Jefferson City Subdivision - Jefferson City, MO

June 1, 2011.

Union Pacific (UP) 6502 leads an empty coal train west at Jefferson City, MO. The building in the background, sticking just slightly above the tree line, is the Missouri Governor’s Mansion. Also, in the background is Union Pacific 844.
