BNSF 4562 and UP 8119 at South Kingshighway Blvd.

May 23, 2006. St. Louis, MO.

BNSF 4562 and UP 8119 pass each other near South Kingshighway Blvd. BNSF 4562 is rolling west on BNSF's Hannibal Subdivision, while UP 8119 is working as the DPU on an eastbound coal train on the UP's Jefferson City Subdivision.

  1. Great shot with both the railroads! Nice that my fav is prominent. LOL Thanks for the reminder about the hashtag, I forget about that.

  2. They appear so close together here, Tom. What a cool capture.

  3. Thanks a lot, Shelly Gunderson. I just though I'd mention it because it still seems a lot of people tag the profile. That profile probably has thousands of unread notifications. LOL.

  4. Thanks a lot, ᙅYᙖᙓᖇ ᗪOᙅ™. The tracks here are really close. I'd say the tracks are around 50 to 75 feet apart. Maybe, even closer.

  5. Great capture, Tom! With Shelly on the fav. ;) Methinks Cableicous / Paul Pavlinovich should see this too. :)
