BNSF 8029 and BNSF 7788 are the locomotives on CSX grain train G103-17, an eastbound loaded grain train heading to Ayer, Massachusetts. BNSF handed the train off to CSX at Cicero, Illinois, near Chicago, Illinois. Over three days, G103 made its way from Illinois to New York. I caught the train as it rolled eastbound at CP286 of CSX's Syracuse Terminal Subdivision in East Syracuse, New York.

Tom: I guess it is the angle, or the drone lens, but that picture looks more like a model train and model town. I know it isn't, it just comes across that way to me😊
ReplyDeleteI can see what you mean. It really does have a model railroad look to it.
DeleteVery nice shot of my favorite railroad!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Shelly.
