A Greeen Line Train Crossing St. Paul Street On The B Branch

An inbound Green Line train running on the B Branch, crosses St. Paul Street, near Boston University. The photograph was actually taken from one of the dorm buildings at the university. The train was heading toward downtown Boston, MA. At this point, the line runs at grade level down the middle of Commonwealth Avenue, but before getting near downtown, the line will descend into a subway tunnel.

Photo taken: June 3, 2017, at Boston, Massachusetts.
