This view is looking toward the main alter of the Basilique Notre-Dame de Montréal (Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal), from a balcony at the rear of the sanctuary. On the left side of the photograph is an ornate pulpit and stairway.
This image was captured hand held at 6400 ISO, using a shutter speed of 1/60th of second, and a f-stop setting of f/4. The church does not allow the use of tripods inside.
