Metra Electric Train 756 - Downtown Chicago, IL

Metra Train 756 north of Harrison Street in downtown Chicago.

Metra Electric Train 756 sits just north of the Harrison Street Pedestrian Bridge in downtown Chicago. Behind the trees, on the left side of the photo, you can see the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) reaching up toward the sky. Also, behind the trees, to the left, is the Congress Hotel.

Photo taken: December 21, 2009, at Chicago, Illinois.

  1. Nice shot! Love Chicago. Willis is just wrong, always the Sears Tower to me. :-)

    1. Thanks a lot, Shelly. Chicago is a great and fun town. I haven't been there since this trip, but I do hope to visit the city again in the near future.

I also always call it Sears Tower. I felt that I needed to put Willis Tower here because it is technically correct. But, I never actually refer to it as Willis Tower.

    2. Glad I am not alone in refusing to think of it as anything other than the Sear's tower. :-)
