Q621, led by CSXT 3408, comes around the curve along Railroad Street.

  In June, CSX manifest train Q621-02 came south on CSX's St. Lawrence Subdivision with CSXT 3408 leading. Q621-02 was the second-to-last Q621 to carry the Q prefix. On June 4, 2022, CSX changed the prefix for manifest trains to M.
